Introduction:
Welcome to the first edition of the No Blarney Spoken
newsletter. Through this newsletter, I will address
issues I believe will or should have an affect on
the upcoming elections. As the election approaches,
you will be inundated with countless numbers of
political advertisements, blogs, Facebooks, MySpace,
Twitters and YouTube "stuff." As the title
of this newsletter indicates, there will be no blarney,
double speak, or fork-tongued answers to questions
anyone asks. You deserve, and will get, direct answers
to direct questions. If you have a question, please
contact me, I'll get back to you and it may be published
in a future edition of No Blarney Spoken.
Let's start with who I am, what is my background,
and why am I qualified to ask for your vote.
I am the Nevada State Assemblyman for District
2. Please go to my web site, www.hambrick4assembly.com,
for a quick review of my background. Additionally,
please check out the Nevada Policy Research Institute
web site, www.npri.org, for a report card on your
State Legislators for this past legislative session.
NPRI rated me number four out of all 63 Legislators.
The Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce, Nevada Medical
Association, Clark County Prosecutors Association,
Nevada Realtors Association, along with former
Nevada Governors Bob List and Kenny Guinn, have
endorsed my re-election. There will be a complete
list of current endorsements in the coming editions
of the No Blarney Spoken newsletter.
I hope you will enjoy reading this newsletter
and will agree that as I discuss the issues and
how I propose to address them, you will find there
is No Blarney Spoken.

Introduction:
Welcome to the second edition of the "No
Blarney Spoken" newsletter. I promised in
the first edition of No BS I would address issues
I believe will, or should, have an effect on the
upcoming elections. I sent out a pre-special session
survey that many of you received. There were eight
questions covering education, social services,
the size of state government, and the current
situation dealing with medical care for illegal
immigrants at UMC. These were the topics I felt
most voters were concerned about and I am very
grateful for your comments and suggestions. Here's
one comment from Audrey...."Administration
at all education levels are top heavy. Millennium
Scholarships should be required to apply first
to Community College level whenever possible,
the $$$s will go much further. ... Entitlements
have to be done away with...."

Introduction:
Hello to my friends in Assembly District 2 and
welcome to a special pre-election day edition
of the "No Blarney Spoken" newsletter.
Two years ago you elected me to represent you
in Carson City. During this past term I fought
against and voted against raising your taxes.
I worked hard to control our budget and to stop
the spending increases the Democrats were so dedicated
to pushing through. Now we face more budget concerns,
yet the Democrats still want to spend more and
raise your taxes again. We need to stop this!
If you send me back to Carson City, I will continue
my work on your behalf to stop the runaway spending
and prevent any tax increases. With my experience,
I know we can change our government to get it
working for us instead of against us. When you
go to the polls on Tuesday, I ask that you vote
for the voice of experience, the conservative
candidate to represent you from Assembly District
2. For more information about my campaign please
visit my website www.hambrick4assembly.com or
call me at 702-499-6169. Thank you for your support
and for your vote.
